Each FOREMOST product manufactured by Foremost Groups, Inc. & Foremost International Ltd. is covered by a 1 Year / Limited Lifetime Warranty. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Additionally we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our drawer suspension systems. These warranties are made to the original purchaser and are limited to the repair or exchange of any parts which prove defective under normal use during the warranty period. These warranties do not apply where products have been improperly stored or improperly installed, misused, abused, or modified in any way. They do not cover the costs of removing warranted material or the installation of replacement material. These warranties are the sole warranties of Foremost Groups, Inc. & Foremost International Ltd., and in lieu of all other warranties, express implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. Labor charges for material as well as incidental or consequential damages are excluded. We do not assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our product.

WARRANTY
Foremost Groups, Inc. Shower Doors & Enclosures are warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser from date of purchase. Original proof of purchase is required. Foremost Groups Inc. will at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Foremost Groups, Inc. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within warranty period.

Limitations
• This warranty shall not apply following incorrect operation procedures, breakage or damages caused by fault, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, alteration or modification of the unit, scratches caused by normal use and discoloration caused by the use of non-recommended cleaning products, fire, or any other casualty.
• Impact of foreign objects, fire, earthquake, flood, lightening, hurricane, tornado, windstorm or other natural catastrophes.
• Damage caused by movement, distortion, cracking or settling of the wall substrate, building structure and/or foundation.
• Any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the product supplied by Foremost.
Damages due to improper handling, installation or maintenance are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty. Original proof of purchase is required when requesting replacement pieces.
A photograph of the affected part may be requested to honor the warranty claim.
All warranties are extended to the original purchaser only. Original proof of purchase is required.
This limited lifetime warranty covers use in a private residential, owner occupied building for non-commercial purposes only and does not apply to commercial use. Commercial installations shall have a limited warranty of 1 year. Commercial installations are any other building, including any building used for rental, commercial or business purposes.
Please follow all care and maintenance instructions included with your purchase. Improper care will void the warranty. It remains the customer’s responsibility for freight and packing charges to and from our facility.
Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the place and date of purchase. Also include your original purchase receipt.
Frames & Glass
We warranty Shower doors and Enclosures frames and glass to be free from manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the original purchaser. All warranty replacements will be in the original style and color if available or a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued, or is not available.

H2OFF Clean Glass Technology – H2OFF is a polymer that bonds to the glass. It is applied to the inside surface of all Marina, Cove and Pier Collection tub and shower doors. There is no additional charge for this feature. It is not available for the Tides Collection. H2OFF makes cleaning the shower glass much easier and protects it from harmful contaminants that can otherwise damage the surface. Consumers should be advised to clean H2OFF protected shower glass with a soft cloth or sponge. For best results, the consumer should squeegee the enclosure dry after each use.
